kennyc. 198 posts · Joined 2010. #5 · Mar 20, 2011. You might try removing the brake light switch, disassemble it and give it a good cleaning. The contacts in there disengage the OD. Be sure to adjust it correctly.. there should be some clearance when the brake pedal is pressed. Just a thought.

That red jeep is easily 6k in axles alone, and 2k in tires. 1996 ZJ Green Laredo V8, 2.5" OME and Bilsteins, 33's, Holes drilled in the roof. 1998 ZJ 5.9 - Junked.

I have noticed more 97-98 ZJs have more common v8s. 93-96 ZJs have more common 4.0L. It seams that people are preffering 4.0L ZJ because of the MPG and gas prices. When in reality 97-98 are worth more $$. Also interior Urganomics seam nicer in 96-98 ZJs.
